  • we happily accept online ordered returns on FULL PRICED items only, within 14 DAYS if they are not quite right you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund.
  • returns will not be accepted after 14 days

  • all items MUST BE  unused and in original condition with original packaging, with no signs of wear and tear, or scratches etc

    all earrings must NOT have been tried on or worn

  • you will require a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RAN) , do not return without a RAN
    please email      info@loveitjewellery.com.au  to request a  RAN

  • - all shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer
    please ensure you send via registered post and signature/ which is a tracked service
    if parcel is over $100 you may wish to insure the parcel

    Love It is NOT liable for any LOST or DAMAGED returns while in transit

  • Love It does NOT offer exchange , credit note or refund on ‘sale items’, all sale items are final

REFUNDS

  • 'Refunds are ONLY available for goods purchased via the online store and
    must be returned to the online store Refunds are NOT possible via the Love It store, we do NOT provide refunds for change of mind on full priced goods purchased in store, we will happily provide an exchange or 6 month credit

  • jewellery may be returned for a full refund if the above returns and exchange policy requirements are met.
    refund amount EXCLUDES the cost of the initial shipping to you.

  • please allow 4 weeks for your return to be received, processed and to appear on you credit card statement.

  • on rare occasions , we may decline to offer a refund even if it is within the returns timeframe
    this should only occur if the returned item is
    *damaged by someone other than Love It team/ manufacturer
    *earrings have been worn or tried on

    if this is the case , we’ll advise you that a refund has been declined and we’ll return the product to you.
    This means that the jewellery must be returned unmarked , without signs of wear and tear and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

  • please let us know via email if you would like to exchange your return for another item, so we can pop aside the item you would like in place of the item returned

If there is a difference to be paid or refunded we will contact you to finalise the transaction

  • all reshipping of exchanges are the cost of the customer, Love It accepts no responsibility for shipping costs of exchanges , these charges will be paid by customer.

CREDIT NOTES

  • once return item is received , we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned item
    which EXCLUDES the initial shipping cost
  • the credit note can then be used at a later date online and is valid for 6 months

FAULTY ITEMS

  • while the team at Love It do ensure that all goods are checked prior to delivery,  should you receive an item that is not in perfect  condition please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order via email info@loveitjewellery.com.au
  • goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs

     Please note

  1. That items that are damaged as  result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  2. some collections are hand made and are naturally not perfect, organic in nature , these items are not faulty, these natural inclusions are considered part of the design and production
  • if the item is believed to be faulty, we will ask you to return the item for inspection and will contact you by email afterwards to discuss a suitable soloution
  • where possible, we will repair faulty items , if we need to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability
    If the item cannot be repaired or replaced you will receive a full refund , along with our apologies.
