STOCK AVAILABILITY

Please be aware that we receive online orders 24 hours a day. Therefore, an item you may have selected may become sold out between updates of stock availability on the website and the time of the order.

If an item you have selected has sold out we will attempt to contact you at the email address and telephone numbers provided with your order to advise if and when stock will become available.

We will not be liable for a failure to deliver your order due to circumstances beyond our control, and if we cannot deliver , we will refund your payment.

TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS

Please note that we may supply your email address in addition to your contact details to our 3rd party freight companies only to allow you to track your order.

PROMOTION

From time to time, we may offer certain goods as “promotion” or “sale” items with a discounted price. Often promotion items contain minor faults or damage.

You acknowledge that, by purchasing a Promotion Item, you accept that the Promotion Item is sold “as is” and that the discounted price of that item fairly reflects any flaws or damage it may contain.
Therefore, Promotion Items are not eligible for refund or replacement, other than required by law, ( such as in the case of an obvious manufacturing fault)

We reserve the right to cancel an order (or part of it ) prior to shipment where the website contained errors or inaccuracies , including , without limitation, out of date information and incorrect pricing and misdescriptions or incorrect details regarding shipping, payment or return policies ( all, Website Inaccuracies) .


Upon discovery of a Website Inaccuracy , we will contact you as soon as practicable to discuss a replacement order, if payment has been received, we will promptly refund the paid amount of the cancelled order (or part of that order, as applicable)
