SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

• Standard shipping :  AU$15 on orders below AU $200

• FREE shipping on orders above AU $200 and under below 2kg

• we will contact you in relation to shipping charges for orders over 2kg

Free shipping may be offered in connection to promotional launches.

All orders will be shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise indicated ,
orders delivered by standard shipping will require a signature upon delivery.
All parcels will have a tracking service which you will be able to track at
www.austpost.com.au/track/

Where possible, we recommend that you use a business address for delivery
where a trusted person is available to sign for the parcel.

If there is not a person available at the indicated place of delivery to sign for the delivery, you may be required to collect the delivery from a place nominated by the shipping company, such as an Australia Post store

We cannot gurantee local delivery conditions, so cannot provide a guaranteed
delivery time at the customer/recipient address.

If the desired item is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email to make
arrangements.

We strongly recommend that you do not instruct any shipping company to leave
a  delivery from us at any unattended location.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We will endeavour to deliver your purchase to you promptly, however all shipments may be subject to delays during peak periods or when shipped to
regional areas.

The following standard delivery times within Australia are estimates only :

+ METRO AREAS  -   2 - 7 days approx
( Sydney, Melbourne , Brisbane ,Canberra ,Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart)
+ NON METRO AREAS -    3 -10 days approx
